V. Sakellariou. Ekdotike Athenon, 1997 ISBN 960-213-371-6, p. 410〕 in modern Sarande District, a region of Albania that Greeks refer to as Northern Epirus. He became renowned because of his extensive epic poem: ''Braveries of the noble and valiant voevode Michael'' ((ギリシア語:Ανδραγαθίες του ευσεβεστάτου και ανδρειωτάτου Μιχαήλ Βοεβόδα)).〔(Greece and the Balkans: identities, perceptions and cultural encounters since the Enlightenment. ) Dēmētrēs Tziovas, Dimítris Tzióvas.
